Cancellation policy
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from Camden Wellness, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged before each scheduled renewal unless you choose to cancel your subscription.
You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. Simply use the link provided in your order confirmation email or log in to your subscription management portal.
Any changes made after a renewal has been processed will apply to your next scheduled order.
Order Cancellations
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at william@camden-wellness.com.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information about returns and refunds.
